Kollego ("we") is operated by Kumar Vivek, Königsberger Straße 35, 60487 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (see Imprint). These terms apply to your use of the Kollego app and website.
Kollego is an online learning service that helps you prepare for TestAS and Studienkolleg entrance exams with lessons, generated practice questions, mock exams and progress estimates. Kollego is independent and not affiliated with g.a.s.t., the TestDaF-Institut, TestAS or any Studienkolleg.
No guarantee of results. Scores and readiness shown in Kollego are practice estimates, not official predictions. We do not guarantee any exam result, admission or score.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential and use the account only for yourself. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse of your account.
Free includes limited use, for example 15 practice items per day, 1 mock exam in total and 1 exam track.
Prep+ is a one-time pass that unlocks all features for a fixed period: €39 for 3 months, €59 for 6 months, €79 for 12 months. It does not renew automatically. Buying another pass while one is active extends your access from its current end date. When the period ends, your account returns to the Free plan; your progress is kept.
Purchases are sold by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, which is the Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms govern the purchase, payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. Prices include any applicable VAT.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, this right ends early once access has started, if you expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged losing the right. The withdrawal and refund process is handled by Paddle as the seller, as set out in Paddle's buyer terms.

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules. Where reasonable, we warn you first.
All lessons, questions, software and design are ours or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own exam preparation while your account exists. Your own data remains yours (see our Privacy Policy).
We aim to keep Kollego available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, for example during maintenance. We continuously improve the service and may change features, provided the core of what you paid for remains available for your paid period.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the contract possible and on which you may rely), limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account ends any remaining Prep+ period; refunds follow Paddle's buyer terms and statutory rights.
We may update these terms for valid reasons, such as legal changes or new features. We will ask you to accept material changes in the app before they apply to you.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
